HOW LONG DOES THE HIRING PROCESS TAKE?

Filling out the initial application form only requires a few minutes of your time. We will then assess your resume and request documents or videos as needed. Once the assessment is completed, we will schedule a series of interviews. Overall, the entire hiring process may take about one to two weeks.

WHAT TYPE OF WORKING ARRANGEMENTS DOES TASK TAKEOUT OFFER?

We offer three types of working arrangements fitted well to the preference of the freelancer and the requirements of the client.

Full-Time: A full-time position has a fixed rate of forty hours per week.
Part-Time: A part-time position has a fixed rate of twenty hours per week.
Hourly: An hourly-paid work involves work requirements of less than twenty hours per week depending on the project/ job requirement of the client.

HOW DO I GET MY PAYMENT?

Task TakeOut will monitor and manage the timekeeping, invoicing, and payment collection from the client. You will get your payment twice a month via (Wise, Remitly or Payoneer).

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE ACCEPTED FOR A FREELANCER JOB?

Task Take Out is looking for individuals with:

More than two years of experience in their field of expertise
Good communication skills
A team player who can work harmoniously with the client and other team members

WHAT KIND OF CONTRACTS DO YOU FOLLOW?

We use legal forms and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and have them signed by you, the client, and all other involved parties. Task TakeOut will handle all negotiations and direct contracts with the client. You will sign your contract and other necessary documents before starting the onboarding process.

CAN I APPLY FOR NEW OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN TASK TAKEOUT?

Yes, of course. When a new offer that fits your skills and experience arises, you can directly speak with your hiring manager to raise your intent. We will then email you the company information, job description, required working arrangement, and rate range. If you are interested in moving along with the application, we will send your resume to the client.

On another note, you can decline further engagements with no penalties. However, we would require you to communicate your concerns with us promptly and continue your current responsibilities within 48 hours while we relay the information to the client. This way, we can uphold a harmonious working environment with our clients without compromising our relationship with our clients and freelancers.

WHERE DO YOU BASE MY RATE SET?

The basis of your rate set includes specific criteria within Task TakeOut and the client’s requirements, including your professional experiences, skill set, industry’s best practices, and current job demand. However, please note that you can set your rate, and we will work it out to match the client’s budget.
